Pharos runs the daily work of a business with Anthropic's Claude at its core. We are building it step by step, and real businesses use it every day.
The owner and staff ask in plain words. Claude answers from the business's own bookings, sales and customers. It can also propose a task, such as changing a staff member's hours or a service price. The owner sees a preview, approves it, and can undo it.
Claude reads the business's numbers and gives advice in the language of its sector, from a café to a beauty salon.
When a customer writes on WhatsApp, Claude replies from the business's own information, or drafts the reply for the owner to approve. The owner chooses. If Claude is not sure, it leaves the message to the owner.
The assistant on the business's website answers visitors' questions with Claude.
Claude writes a short, personal reminder for each customer, such as an upcoming appointment or a visit that is due.
For real estate offices, Claude prepares a contract draft from the details the agent enters.
The business's data stays in its own panel. Each business is kept apart from the others.
Claude works only with this business’s own data.
