Your data is safe: each business's data is kept separate and isolated in its own space, and no other business or third party can see it. Your data belongs to you — we never use or share it without your permission. Only you and the people you authorize can access your panel.

We handle your data with the KVKK and GDPR principles in mind; we hand it over or delete it whenever you ask. Your customer details are kept only within your own business's space and used only to run your business.

Pharos is set up to draft replies to your customers only from the information you provide: whatever your menu, prices and opening hours are, that's what it says. When it isn't sure, it passes the question to you instead of inventing an answer. In draft mode, no message goes out without your approval. You switch on automatic mode yourself; it leaves any message it isn't sure about to you.

If you want it to, yes. You choose the reply mode: off, draft (you send it) or automatic (Pharos replies itself; a message it is not sure about, it leaves to you). At the Core, your WhatsApp line is connected to Pharos during setup. In automatic mode it handles questions about your menu, prices, opening hours and appointments with your information, and brings anything that needs your decision to the panel. You watch every conversation in the panel and take over with one tap.

No. It stays. You share your sales export; your AI employee works from it. Writing back into your software happens only where the software allows it, and only with your approval. If you prefer, you can also leave your old software and move to CyprusAI from the start: orders, QR menu and kitchen screen in one place.

CyprusAI Pharos runs with real businesses in two sectors: café-restaurant and beauty-bookings. Templates for 18 sectors are ready, including hair salons, clinics, real estate, boutiques, grocery, gyms and auto services; these are in early access.
