Last updated: 2026-06-07

Note: This text is a draft and does not constitute legal advice. The final version may change before it takes effect.

These Terms of Service govern your use of CyprusAI products and services (including CyprusAI Pharos). By using the service, you accept these terms. This text is a draft and does not constitute legal advice.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CyprusAI Pharos service (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business.

Description of the Service

CyprusAI Pharos is a no-code artificial intelligence control panel (SaaS) for businesses. The Service provides roadmap creation, research, and AI-assisted business tools.

We may improve, change, or discontinue certain features of the Service from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Accounts and Responsibility

Some parts of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must ensure that the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. If you notice any unauthorised use, you must inform us immediately at [email protected].

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the Service to produce content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to compromise the security of the Service, overload its infrastructure, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you use the Service in breach of these rules.

AI Outputs

The Service generates output using artificial intelligence technologies, including third-party AI providers. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

AI outputs do not replace professional (legal, financial, medical, etc.) advice. You should assess the accuracy of outputs yourself before relying on them and remain responsible for any final decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself, its software, design, and trademarks (including CyprusAI and CyprusAI Pharos) are owned by CyprusAI and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

The data and content you provide to the Service remain yours; you grant us permission to use them only to provide and improve the Service for you. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform provided under the Service.

Payment and Subscription

For paid plans, applicable fees, the billing cycle, and cancellation terms are specified at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, fees apply for the relevant period and may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We will try to provide advance notice of price changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or where required by law.

You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with the applicable conditions. After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) remain in effect.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions. For questions, you can reach us at [email protected].
