How is pricing decided?

Your package and modules set the price. Alongside starts at $100 a month. At the Core is a one-time $2,000 for setup and custom work built around your business, then $100 a month. Custom projects come with a written quote.

  • Every real business runs as its own service with its own database; an encrypted copy goes off-server every night.
  • In Ask Pharos, customer names, phone numbers, money and health details do not go to the AI. For a WhatsApp reply, the text of the incoming message is passed to Claude.
  • Leave whenever you like; you take your data with you.

What sits outside the subscription and what does not. Where it is not certain, it says "settled at the meeting"; we do not make it up.

Is setup paid?

No. We do the setup in every package. The $2,000 at the Core pays for setup and custom work built around your business, and it includes data migration and training. The first roadmap is free in every package.

Is there a commitment, and what happens to my data if I leave?

No commitment; leave whenever you like. Your data is yours; you take it with you. The only reason to stay is that the panel is useful to your business.
