This page explains how to request deletion of the data held about you within CyprusAI (including CyprusAI Pharos). This text is a draft and does not constitute legal advice.
1.How to request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name and how you were in contact with us (e.g., which business you messaged on WhatsApp and from which phone number).
We confirm receipt by email and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
2.What is deleted and how long it takes
After verification, we delete or anonymise your messages, contact details and records in CyprusAI systems. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., invoices) are retained until that period ends.
We respond within the period required by KVKK and GDPR, and at the latest within 30 days.
3.For businesses
A business that connected its WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook account can disconnect at any time from the panel or from its Meta settings, and can request deletion of all its data at [email protected].
